I am a nutritionist specialized in Public Health Nutrition. My interests lie in promoting healthy and sustainable diets, with a particular emphasis on health equity. In my role as a research associate, I primarily work on the project FoodPlanetH. I am conducting a qualitative case study investigating barriers and facilitators for the adoption of mandatory school nutrition standards in Germany. Additionally, I am working on a quantitative geospatial analysis of the food environment in Germany to identify regional and socioeconomic differences, aimed at deriving recommendations for policy measures.
