New publication "Recommendation for the collection and analysis of data on participation and disability from the perspective of the World Health Organization"
In September 2016 the Special Issue "Disability and Participation" was released by the German Journal Bundesgesundheitsblatt - Gesundheitsforschung – Gesundheitsschutz (http://link.springer.com/journal/103/59/9/page/1).
Two members of the Chair for Public Health and Health Services Research at the Department of Medical Informatics, Biometry and Epidemiology – IBE - Dr. Michaela Coenen and Dr. Carla Sabariego - contributed to this Special Issue with the paper "Recommendation for the collection and analysis of data on participation and disability from the perspective of the World Health Organization".
The paper reports on the recommendation and the use of the Model Disability Survey to assess disability and functioning of the general population.
